Meet Mia

Hello! My name is Mia Cornali, and I’m a recent graduate from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Design in Graphic Design and a minor in Photography. I chose to major in graphic design because art has always been my passion since I started taking lessons at six years old and realized I wanted to make art my career.

Although I went to PSU and lived in Pennsylvania for nine years, I’m currently based in Knoxville, Tennessee (but you will never catch me wearing UT orange). When I’m not designing, you can find me watching movies, listening to music, singing, keeping up with the latest pop culture news, or hanging out with my three dogs.

In my work, I’m driven by a concept. I love to fully develop the story behind the design choices I make. I’ve always been someone who asks “why?” What I love about graphic design is that it's about figuring out why things look the way they do and why people react in certain ways to design.
